2025 VIP Qualification

Starting October 1, 2025, we’re refreshing the Dapper VIP Program with a new tiered structure designed to reward loyal collectors and create more opportunities to participate.

This relaunch comes right at the start of the NFL and NBA seasons, making it the perfect time to build momentum and unlock exclusive perks available only to our VIP community.

To qualify for the VIP Program, your DSS Net Spend will be calculated as follows:

DSS Net Spend = (Direct pack purchases + purchases in NBA Top Shot and NFL ALL DAY Marketplaces) – (Sales on secondary and third-party marketplaces + Buyback offer redemptions + NFT withdrawals)

This calculation applies to both qualification and tier placement.

Collectors can qualify for Dapper VIP status via one of the following:

• $2,000+ in DSS Net Spend in a calendar month (Prospect VIP Status)
  • Prospect VIP status resets monthly. To maintain it, collectors must either:
    • Meet the monthly minimum again, or
    • Hold a qualifying Lifetime Net Spend tier
• Own a 1-of-1 NBA All-Star VIP Pass NFT
• Lifetime Total Net Spend of $100,000+ across NBA Top Shot and NFL ALL DAY
• 1,000,000+ in Top Shot Score on NBA Top Shot

Once a collector qualifies for VIP status, the VIP Team will proactively reach out with a formal invitation on a monthly cadence with the next steps to join the VIP Program.

• Dapper Compliance requirements must be met to confirm VIP status.
• The Dapper VIP team will communicate any additional information needed for onboarding.
• Collectors can learn more about their current Net Spend total by emailing the Dapper VIP team at vip@meetdapper.com.
• The Dapper VIP program is subject to change, and VIP status for Collectors may be removed if necessary.

VIP Tier Structure

Lifetime Net Spend Tiers (minimum placements)

• Bronze: $100,000 – $199,999
• Silver: $200,000 – $499,999
• Gold: $500,000 – $999,999
• Platinum: $1,000,000+

Monthly Net Spend Tiers (for dynamic placement)

• Bronze: $2,000 – $4,999
• Silver: $5,000 – $9,999
• Gold: $10,000 – $19,999
• Platinum: $20,000+

International Fee Reimbursement:

If you're a VIP located outside the US, we've got you covered on international credit card and PayPal fees. Any foreign transaction or cross-border fees tied to your purchases will be reimbursed on a monthly basis, so you don't need to do a thing on your end.

Dapper VIP Rewards

As part of the updated VIP Program, we’re introducing a new way for rewards to be delivered — more frequently, more consistently, and more directly tied to your tier.

What’s Changing

• Monthly Rewards (instead of quarterly): Rewards will now be delivered every month to provide a steady and reliable stream of perks.
• Tier-Based Rebates: Your rebate percentage is based on your VIP tier. The higher your tier, the higher your rebate.
• Simplified Net Spend Calculation: Rewards are determined by your DSS Net Spend, which includes both pack purchases and Marketplace purchases.
• Buyback Redemptions Excluded: Any buyback offers redeemed will not count toward your DSS Net Spend.
• Minimum Requirement: Collectors must have at least $1,000 DSS Net Spend in a given month to qualify for a rebate at any tier.

Tier Breakdown

Here’s how rebates will be applied each month based on your tier:

• Bronze: 2.5%
• Silver: 5%
• Gold: 7.5%
• Platinum: 10%

How It Works

1. Each month, your DSS Net Spend is calculated.
2. You’re placed into a tier based on the higher of either:
   • Your Lifetime Net Spend, or
   • Your Monthly Net Spend from the previous month.
3. Your rebate percentage is then determined by your tier.
4. Rewards are delivered automatically — no action required.

March Mayhem Deposit Match

How the Deposit Match Works

1. Add funds to your Dapper Wallet via bank transfer, debit card, credit card, or PayPal during the promotional window (March 13-16)
2. Use those funds to purchase eligible Moments or open eligible packs on NBA Top Shot or NFL ALL DAY
3. Lock your purchases; any Moments purchased (or opened from packs) must be locked during the promotional window to qualify
4. The promotional window runs from Friday, March 13, 2026, at 12 PM ET through Monday, March 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET

After the promotional window closes, you'll receive a matched bonus — delivered as non-withdrawable Dapper Balance — based on your tier. Your bonus is calculated on the total value of locked purchases funded by new deposits during the window. Sales during the window don't reduce your qualifying amount.

Rebate = Locked Purchase Value Funded by New Deposits x Match Rate

Eligibility Details

Eligible:

• Marketplace Moment purchases locked during the window
• Pack purchases (opened + all contents locked)
• Purchases made with funds added March 13-16 (via bank transfer, debit card, credit card, or PayPal)

Not Eligible:

• Dapper Balance from before March 13, 2026
• Purchases funded by marketplace sales proceeds
• Unlocked Moments
• Unopened packs
• Purchases of boxes and cases

Tier Structure

Note: VIP tiers have no maximum limits. VIP accounts will be reviewed to safeguard the integrity of the program. Attempts to manipulate the March Mayhem Deposit Match may result in removal from the program. Dapper reserves the right to withhold bonus funds based on, but not limited to, manipulating marketplace dynamics, fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or other possible illicit funding sources.

Bonus Delivery

Your matched bonus will be delivered as non-withdrawable Dapper Balance on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, in the evening.

VIP Program Terms and Conditions

• Tiers reset monthly
• October 2025 tier placements will be based on Lifetime Net Spend
• Starting November 2025, placement will be based on the higher of Lifetime Net Spend or Monthly Net Spend
• Direct purchases and purchases made via offers on third-party marketplaces will not positively impact your DSS Net Spend. Sales via direct purchases and/or offers will be deducted from your final net spend calculation
• Dapper VIP Reward Program payouts are distributed in the form of non-withdrawable Dapper Balance
• VIP accounts will be reviewed to safeguard the integrity of the program, attempts to manipulate the Dapper VIP Rewards promotion may result in removal from the program
• Dapper reserves the right to withhold bonus funds based on manipulating Marketplace dynamics, fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or other possible illicit funding sources
• This promotion is subject to change and may be discontinued at any time
