How to Purchase Packs in App

On the home screen of the NFL ALL DAY app, you will be able to see the Store section. From there, you can flip through the packs that are available for you to purchase. Once you have selected the pack you'd like to purchase, tap on the Buy Now button underneath the pack.

This will take you to the pack listing details which will show you the players you could pull from the pack, the eligibility requirements, and more. Once you tap on the Buy button at the bottom of the screen, you will be able to complete a purchase using a saved or new payment method associated with your Apple ID. You can view the list of available payment methods for your country on Apple's support page here.

After you have completed the payment for the pack, you will see a confirmation screen and the pack will be delivered to your account shortly!

Purchase History

Apple will group certain purchases together so if you find a charge that you don't recognize, we recommend checking your purchase history first to confirm the charges. You can follow the steps below to view your purchase history:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases
  3. Tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in
  4. Tap Purchase History

  5. Your purchase history appears. Tap Last 90 Days, then select your chosen date range.

Following the steps above should provide you with an itemized list of your recent purchases. You can also check out Apple's support article here for further details. If there is an additional charge you're unsure of please feel free to reach out to our Support Team with a screenshot of your purchase history.
